Hi Oliver! Shermie did get your birthday wish in plenty of time, but we never seem to give him any time of his own to get on the computer, poor lad. Anyway, he really appreciated it. Sorry we won't see you at his party, but please give your grandparents our love and best wishes!
P.S. In Shermie's own middle school adventures, he had to run a mile on his birthday. He was not looking forward to it, but survived and had just enough breath left to blow out his candles when he got home.
