Yeah, most pickups and their drivers suck - big time!

I don't mind the ones with equipment in the bed, or if the bed is empty but has shown a lot of hard use.
Those trucks are used for work: By contractors, masons, lawn care workers, etc.
I respect that.

It's the ones with the pristine beds that get my dander up!
Those are owned by men (usually) who subconsciously bought them as compensation for traits they lack: Like height, muscles, stature, a big dick, etc.
So if you own a truck with a clean bed, you are telegraphing to me that you're a loser! Big time!

AND DON'T GET ME GOING ON THE SUBJECT OF HUMMERS!!!!!
(The vehicles, I mean...). 😉

PS: I live in an assisted dyin... Living... Assisted LIVING facility in Highland, NY, just down the road from Kingston.
They've done a great job redoing the downtown area!
Kingston, Newburgh and Po-town were all shitholes when my parents dragged my sorry 11year-old NY City ass out of Queens in '69, and planted it here in the sticks!
Oy!
Did I hate it here then.
But now, at 61 - after living in NYC, Philly, and NC - I've grown to love this beautiful Mid-Hudson Valley!

PPS: I heard there was a great steakhouse up in Kingston. You wouldn't happen to know its name, would you?

Keep writing your great and esoteric posts!!!!!
