Kaleberg

I always like the Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure take on So-crates, as they called him. I also like I.F.Stone's.

As a STEM type, I grew up reading books that began with Aristotle thought X, but now we know that X was complete garbage, so I never had much respect for ancient Greek thought. The politics, of course, was fascinating as was the rhetoric, but it was always hard to take any of the arguments as being in good faith.

I suppose that if I hang around another 2500 years or so, something I have no intention or desire to do, they'll be writing books that begin with Einstein thought X, what a dodo and then have to explain what a dodo was. I doubt they'll take our political arguments seriously either.
