In fact, Len Deighton wrote "SS-GB," and Philip Kerr wrote "Hitler's Peace," both of which fit the bill, both of which were successful, and both of which were written by Europeans (Brits).


While speaking of "Star Trek," don't forget that if Edith Keeler hadn't died in 1930 in "The City on the Edge of Forever," the Nazis would have won World War II.

In DC Comics, the Nazis won World War II on Earth-X, as you'll see in *Justice League of America* #107-08 (1973)

There was a "What If the Nazis Had Won" movie made for HBO in 1994, starring Miranda Richardson and Rutger Hauer. Set in the early 1960s, it centers on the upcoming first meeting between Hitler and an American President. The surprisingly satisfying twist is that the President is still named Kennedy, but it's dad Joe, not Jack.
