Lance -- did you try to check the site registration through whois.org? Anyway, I did and it seems that the domain name was registered to a guy in Michigan and hosting site is in Pennslyvania.

You mean ICANN's rules on domain disputes and domain-squatting? You pretty much need to own a trademark.

You could probably claim a breach of copyright, since it's publishing your work without your permission.

PurpleGirl, thanks, and thanks for looking that up for me. I'm kind of glad that whoever he is did it, because I'm fond of that post and like it that it's getting some attention. I just don't want to have to explain myself to anybody's lawyers.
