From the Department of Communications:
Lance Mannion apologizes to his Twitter Followers for this morning's interruption of service. "Having to go over four hours without being able to tweet was almost as tough as the time I had to go half a day without a good cell phone connection," Mr Mannion reports. Asked how he managed to survive either ordeal, Mr Mannion shrugged modestly and said, "Must be that rugged stoicism and can-do spirit I inherited from my pioneer ancestors."
