Oh, Lance. As a woman who spent some time on dating sites in her early 40s, I can tell you that men your age aren't the least bit interested in hot older women. They are interested in women 20 years younger than they are, and all the Mary-Louise Parkers and Elizabeth Perkinses in the world won't change that.

As to your avoiding biters in your youth, I feel confident that most biters don't come into their own for a while, so maybe the blonde really did save you from them. I started my sexual history at 15 and, despite the occasional older man, can tell you that sex with teenage boys doesn't open up many opportunities for creativity.

I mean, you're a grown man, and just look how tentative you are in taking your blog in a new direction!

If that's the case, then men my age are crazy and that's another reason for sexy fortysomething women to prefer younger guys.

gosh... lucky blonde. i was mary louise parker (or at least an acceptable real life version of her for one balding, asshole lawyer) when i was dumped because he decided that, after all, he couldn't get over the fact that i wasn't a biter. go figure.

One of my favorite (PG13) memories of my ex is of us sitting at the bar, her biting HARD on the tender skin between my thunb and forefinger while I stared straight into her eyes, not reacting. It took a DAMN long time for her to give up. Another was leaving bite marks on my shoulder through two layers of clothing. They took a week to fade away.

This, by the way, was at twenty. So at least some biters start to develop a bit earlier. At least in that area; emotionally was another story.
