Flood waters rising

The heavy rains we had out this way a couple weeks ago caused flooding all along the many rivers, including the Schuykill in Pennsylvania. Tattered Coat Matt got out with his camera, dodged some police barriers, and waded in to bring back some great pictures.

Matt has been on a blogging rampage since returning from his hiatus. A good example of his good work is this good post on some bad guys, his favortie movie thugs.
