There are some additions to the sidebar.
The new category on my blog roll, FILM MAJORS is up. Please visit the folks on it. I like 'em, you'll like 'em, everybody likes 'em.
My monthly archives are now available, just in case you're feeling nostalgic about October or February and want to stroll down memory lane with Lance Mannion. You can also look at my first month's worth of posts and see that I had no idea what I was doing here. That's way down at the bottom of the sidebar.
Also I have a Google Search button which doesn't work right yet. You're supposed to be able search my site as well as the whole web, but so far all the searches I've tried on the site have returned "did not match any documents" messages, including a search for the words Lance and Mannion. The web search button works fine, though.
And that thing I warned you was coming is there. Go over to the sidebar and look. You'll recognize it when you see it and you'll know what to do.
Other than that, things are pretty much the same. I've re-cast THIS WEEK'S GUEST STARS. I've added a few new blogs to every category. And the TIP JAR is right where is always was!
I'm still asking for donations this week, even though that thing is there. I'm hoping that thing will eventually make fundraising pleas like this unnecessary, but that will take a while and right now I can use some help. Please, if you can, kick in a buck or two? Thanks.
And many thanks to all who have donated so far. You've been very generous and it's a real help.
Anybody know who's the patron saint of beggars and choosers? ;)

Hey Lance, how do you actually GET ads on your site? I see all these blogs just a-blinkin' and a-flashin' with commerce, and I totally want to get a piece of that hot action. With all 13 of my readers. :)

Mac,
Got to be St Martin, don't you think?

I think the ads are fairly unobtrusive, by the way. And if it lets you buy the extra-fancy kites at Ben Franklin's, then what the hell.
