I'll bet most Catholics also don't know that, Madalyn Murray Murray O'Hair aside, the major objection to prayer in the public schools came from the Catholics. We did not want our kids to have to say their prayers or study their Bible.

*************************

The only kids to opt out of my 1964ish public school bible class (taught by an outside lay person) were the Catholics. Which was okay with us since we were taught they were a cult along with the Mormons, Jehovah Witnesses, Seventh Day Adventists and anyone else who wasn't a main stream Christian. The Jews, of course, were just going to Hell. Though we would shop at their stores and gratefully accept their medical advice, we knew in our hearts (as we had been so carefully taught), every one of them had goat horns and was going to roast for eternity for killing the Son of God.

Al Ayeti

"Catholics" weren't invented until centuries after the "Christians" fought for the faith "delivered only once."

Christian is an all inclusive word in the definition that all can become Christians, even Catholics.

History and the clear words of the Messiah define what it is to follow Him.

Ravenous wolves are always within the flock as well as from outside it.

That Catholics are teaching evolution as fact within their schools is ample evidenve of the sellout nature of this faith-based organization. That's historic fact.

Secular and Church history testify to the wrong-doing of Catholic clergy. The Born-Againers got it right. It is and has always been "Good versus evil." Especially those who say they are followers.

When you "test all things," the truth you finally and firmly hold onto, has almost nothing to do with historic Catholicism. That's just facts.

Thanks for helping to prove my point, Al.

"All can become Christians, even Catholics."

Even Catholics.

So we're not "Christian" yet.

I'll tell the Pope.
