Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip is officially kaput but it's ghost still lingers in the form of six unaired episodes that NBC was probably saving in hopes of bringing in boffo ratings during the May sweeps but which the network's now just going to burn off over the next month and a half or so, Thursday nights at 10 PM EDST, starting tonight.
I wasn't planning to watch any of them. Thursday nights aren't good for me, usually. And I certainly wasn't planning to live-blog them.
But old live-bloggers never die, they just lurk away. I've had lots of calls for some wrap up live-blogging for old time's sake.
I can't do it tonight and I'm not sure about next week. Ken Houghton, who despite having lived through the ordeal once, has volunteered to handle the guest hosting chores again but later on in June. No one else has stepped up to offer their services...yet?
Any takers? Email me if you're cra---
Email me if you're willing and able.
Probably won't get anybody for tonight at short notice so what I'll do is set up an open thread.
It'll be there at the top of the page waiting for you if you can't bear the thought of watching Studio 60 without commentary.
