How effective are these stories at removing pet stains and odor?? If they work on both, you might have a deal.

Another writer who considers fiction valuable not merely in the abstract but in cold hard dollars--Amen to that! A story a month for 10 months is promising quite a lot. But maybe you know the stories and/or have already written them to some extent. Should the schedule you've set turn slippery, know I've found myself negotiating the same terrain. Fiction for some is certainly financially viable, but it is also, always, an art. Your patrons need to realize that.

The check's in the mail. And you really should give it a name. Story of the Month Club might work.

Lance,

Good luck with this venture. If it proves profitable, I know a fledgling novelist who might want to get in on the deal.

Lance

mac,

I'm all for encouraging fledgling novelists. Does your fledgling novelist friend have a webpage for his/her novel yet? Has he/she considered taking out an ad or two with The Liberal Prose?

mac macgillicuddy

Lance,

Yes, he has a web site. I doubt it gets much traffic, but it's there. He has tried to go the ad route with The Liberal Prose, but the ad doesn't seem to want to upload, despite numerous attempts on numerous occasions.
